Hello! We are three sisters, all raising kids in this crazy, fast-paced world. Scripture is our parenting book and Jesus is our family counselor.
We know what it’s like to feel on cloud nine one day, only to lose your balance and fall to the depths the next. We are all on the verge of drowning while we do this thing called motherhood. Good thing we have a Savior who reaches down, grabs your hand, and drags you to safety day after day.
Cate is the oldest of the three sisters, (and therefore the best, right?) and a baptized daughter of Christ. Wife, mom of three, teacher, and runner, she works hard to balance it all and keep her sanity. She enjoys reading, running (see above), drinking coffee, and writing. In addition to collaborating with her sisters on The Darling Girls, she is the author of the blog Runrunmommy.com.
Anna (pronounced like the Disney princess, because she basically is one…) lives in the grace of God Almighty. She has four beautiful daughters and is a pastor’s wife to one amazing husband. She has a B.S. in Education and, in addition to being a stay-at-home-mom, teaches piano one day a week. Anna enjoys crafting cards, DIY home projects, playing piano, learning the cello, having tea parties with her princesses, and going on dates with her husband. She really like coffee, too.
Ruth is the youngest of the family (and therefore the most lovable, right? Can I get a resounding YES from the babies of the world?!) She is a child of God who is newest to the joys- and terrors- of motherhood in this tale of 3 sisters. She has a Bachelors Degree in Educational Studies (yes it is different than her two sisters, but just barely) and she is also the resident Crazy Chick. Before the start of this blog with her sisters, Ruth had a blog following her struggles with depression and anxiety, her old blog has been combined into this new masterpiece of sisterly love and is hoping she can continue to reach and help many people that may be suffering with their own trials!
